My Little Secret for Wrinkle Free Skin After 40 (No It's Not Botox)

Strangers Tell Me I Look 15 Years Younger Than My Actual Age (I Don't Hate It)

Okay, can I tell you something?

Because people ask me ALL the time if I've had Botox, and honestly, it kind of makes my day every time. Because the answer is no. Never. Not once.

I know, I know — There was a time I thought I'd need to go under the needle. I had the deepest elevens when I was in my late 30s, and didn't believe there was anything I could do.

So here's what I actually do. Every single day I give my body natural, nutritional support. Every. Single. Day.

And one of the things I use for support is a very high quality Liquid Marine Collagen supplement, and it's made the biggest difference in the skin all over my body.

That's it. That's the big secret. Pretty anticlimactic, right? But oh my gosh, the difference it has made.

Here's the thing that really got me when I first looked into it — the cost comparison.

A typical Botox treatment runs anywhere from $300 to $600, and you have to keep going back every 3 or 4 months just to maintain it. So you're spending somewhere between $1,200 and $2,400 a year, minimum, on a treatment that the second you stop paying for it... it's gone.

Like it never happened.

And, the research for collagen supplementation was so compelling on the benefits, I just had to try and see for myself.

So, I tried them ... I can't even tell you how many, but if you've seen it on social media or on Amazon or in GNC, you can pretty much guess that is one of the brands I've tried. And there are a LOT. It can be overwhelming.

Unfortunately, none of the collagen supplements I tried in the past made any noticeable difference. Plus, most of them tasted pretty disgusting. I'm not kidding. When you have to plug your nose and just drink something as fast as possible to get it down ... I'm sure you've been there. So, not only did I NOT continue with any of those for more than 30 days, it was really all I could do just to choke down the product I'd spent good money for.

Fortunately, I didn't give up looking for a high-quality collagen source I could actually stomach and would actually use.

My collagen? It costs me $4.16 a day. I did the math — that's less than a Starbucks drink (that really doesn't do me any good). And honestly? The results just keep getting better the longer I take it. Plus, it's delicious. Just like drinking fruit juice. And there's no mixing or prep required. Although, sometimes I put it in a martini glass and sip it. But that's just me.

Here's what I really love about it, and this is the part that sold me completely — it's not just my face.

Botox only does something about a few lines, right there, in one spot.

My collagen is working on my whole body. My skin looks better from head to toe — my neck, my hands, everywhere.

My joints don't ache the way they used to. My nails are so strong they don't break anymore. Even my hair feels thicker.

It's like instead of putting a tiny bandage on one little spot, I'm actually giving my body what it needs to just... stay younger. From the inside out.

So no, honey, it's not Botox.

Here's what I use. It's just $4.16 a day and being consistent. But since it tastes good and is easy to take, it's just a matter of setting it somewhere you can't forget to take it. Maybe by the coffee pot.

Best thing I've ever done for myself — and I wish someone had told me about it sooner!
