Hi, I'm "g" and  I'm so glad you're here.


Let me be real with you for a second — I didn't stumble into this by accident. I got here the same way a lot of you did: by watching the women I loved most get sick, and deciding I was going to do everything I could to make sure I gave my body a fighting chance.


Both of my mothers (I'm adopted) got cancer. And that changes you. It makes you stop treating your health like something you'll "deal with later" and start treating it like the priority it always should have been.


So in my late 30s, I started paying attention. And asking questions from who I thought should know. Medical professionals.

I didn't get any answers I could act on from asking doctors. Their view was that "at your age, you can expect double chins and saggy skin." And remember, I was only 38 and NOT overweight. Next.


I was on my own. No one I knew had conquered this thing called aging, so I just started researching and trying things.

I kept track of what was working (people actually commenting on my skin looking better) and what was just noise (every single over-priced cream. They really don't do anything beyond moisturizing.)


Fast forward to my 60s — and strangers routinely guess I'm somewhere in my mid-to-late 40s. I'm not telling you that to brag. I'm telling you because I want you to know that what I share here actually works.


It hasn't always been smooth, though. I've been through the whole experience — the menopause transition, the metabolism that seemed to quietly quit without giving notice, the morning I realized my hair wasn't as thick as it used to be, the skin that started feeling a little less like my skin.

What I found — after a lot of trial and error — is that the answer was never more complicated. It was actually simpler.

That's what this site is about. I share what's genuinely worked for me — for my skin, my weight, my hormones, my energy, and my long-term health — because I wish someone had pointed me in this direction sooner.
